A: We are a manufacturing factory situated in the scenic Shandong Province, boasting over16 years of expertise.
Q2: What are the cornerstone products of your company?
A: Our portfolio includes:
Decorative papers, engineered boards such as MDF, Particleboard, plywood, along withkitchen cabinetry, bespoke furniture, and cupboard essentials.
Q3: Do you offer samples? Are they complimentary or charged?
A: Certainly, we offer samples free of charge; however, the freight cost is to be borne by the customer.
Q4. What is the estimated delivery time for your products?
A: Typically, the production timeline is contingent on the order volume, averaging around 40 working days following deposit receipt.
Q5. What are your payment terms?
A: We require a 30% deposit via T/T before production, with the 70% balance payable against the B/L copy or LC at Sight.
